Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout all sections of this document:

• "xxhp" / "the Platform" — the online gaming website and all associated services accessible at xxhp.club, including casino games, sports betting, bingo, and any mobile-optimised interface thereof.
• "Player" / "User" / "you" — any individual who has registered an account on xxhp or who accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — the registered user account created by a Player on xxhp, inclusive of the associated ₱ wallet balance and player data.
• "Games" — any live dealer, slot, bingo, fish shooting, sports betting, or e-sabong product accessible through xxhp.
• "Funds" / "Balance" — the Philippine Peso (₱) credit held in a Player's xxhp wallet, inclusive of real-money deposits and applicable bonus credit.
• "Bonus Credit" — promotional credit granted by xxhp subject to wagering requirements and the specific promotion's terms.
• "PAGCOR" — the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body governing online gaming in the Republic of the Philippines.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer identity verification procedures as required under applicable Philippine law and xxhp's internal compliance framework.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any country or territory from which access to xxhp is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.

By accessing xxhp, creating an account, or placing any wager, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and agree to be bound by them unconditionally.
• You have read and accept xxhp's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
• You have read and accept xxhp's Responsible Gaming Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
• These Terms form a legally binding contract between you and xxhp. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.
• xxhp reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Use of xxhp is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform. This is a legal requirement under PAGCOR's regulatory framework and Philippine law. Players found to be under 21 will have their accounts closed and funds reviewed in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in the Republic of the Philippines or in a jurisdiction where online gaming of this nature is not prohibited by applicable law.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incompetent by a court of competent jurisdiction are not eligible.
• No Self-Exclusion: You must not be the subject of a self-exclusion order, either imposed by you through xxhp's responsible gaming tools or by a regulatory authority.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual may maintain only one active xxhp account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name or different identities — is a material breach of these Terms.
• Employees: Officers, directors, employees, contractors, and immediate family members of xxhp or its affiliated entities are not eligible to hold player accounts or participate in promotional offers.

To access real-money gaming on xxhp, you must create a registered account. During registration and at xxhp's request thereafter, you are required to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address.
• Submit valid government-issued identification as part of xxhp's KYC process. Accepted documents include the PhilSys National ID, Philippine passport, and Land Transportation Office (LTO) driver's licence.
• Submit a clear, recent selfie photograph as part of the identity verification process where required.
• Provide proof of payment method ownership where xxhp's compliance team deems this necessary — for example, a screenshot of a GCash account showing your registered name.
• Promptly notify xxhp of any material changes to your registered information by contacting support.

xxhp reserves the right to suspend account access, restrict withdrawals, or close any account where KYC documentation has not been satisfactorily provided within the requested timeframe. Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may be referred to the relevant Philippine authorities.

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your xxhp account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You agree that:

• You will not disclose your account password to any third party under any circumstances.
• You will not allow any other individual to access or use your xxhp account, regardless of their relationship to you.
• You will enable two-factor authentication (2FA) as recommended by xxhp for the protection of your account.
• You will notify xxhp immediately upon discovering any unauthorised access to your account by contacting support at [email protected].
• xxhp will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security practices.

xxhp will never request your password via email, live chat, or SMS. Any communication purporting to be from xxhp and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to xxhp support immediately.

All financial transactions on xxhp are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically feasible, or to a verified account in the Player's name.
• xxhp reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal in excess of ₱50,000 or where there is a compliance-related concern.
• Any attempt to reverse, chargeback, or dispute a legitimate transaction on xxhp constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.
• Funds deposited to xxhp are not considered deposits with a bank and are not covered by the Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation (PDIC).

xxhp offers a variety of promotional offers to eligible players. The following general conditions apply to all xxhp bonuses and promotions unless otherwise explicitly stated in the specific promotion's terms:

• Eligibility: Promotional offers are available only to players who meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3 of these Terms, including the 21+ age requirement.
• One Bonus Per Household: Unless stated otherwise, xxhp promotional offers are limited to one per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Attempts to claim multiple bonuses through different accounts constitute abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated funds.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus credit is subject to wagering requirements as specified per promotion. Bonus credit and winnings derived therefrom may not be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• Expiry: All bonus credit and associated wagering requirements carry an expiry period as specified per promotion. Unused bonus credit or unmet wagering requirements after expiry will be forfeited automatically.
• Game Restrictions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Some game categories may not contribute at all to bonus wagering requirements. Specific contribution rates are specified per promotion.
• Maximum Bet: While wagering with active bonus credit, a maximum bet limit per round may apply as specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Winnings derived exclusively from bonus credit may be subject to a maximum withdrawal cap as specified per promotion.
• xxhp reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, and to disqualify any player found to have engaged in bonus abuse.

All games available on xxhp are governed by game-specific rules accessible within each game interface. The following general gaming terms apply across all xxhp game categories:

• All game outcomes on xxhp are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) for electronic games, and by real-time physical equipment for live dealer games. All RNGs are independently certified for fairness.
• Technical malfunctions — including disconnections, software errors, or hardware failures — void all affected plays. In the event of a malfunction during a game round, xxhp will restore the player's balance to its pre-round state wherever technically feasible.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent long-term theoretical return rates and do not guarantee specific results in any individual session or game round.
• Any wager placed in excess of published maximum bet limits may be voided and the excess stake returned to the player's wallet at xxhp's discretion.
• For live dealer games, the physical ruling of the dealer is final. Disputes regarding live game outcomes must be submitted to xxhp support within 24 hours of the relevant game session.
• xxhp reserves the right to void any bet where there is reasonable evidence that a player has exploited a technical error, pricing error, or system vulnerability to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings arising from such exploitation may be forfeited.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on xxhp and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or at any point during account operation.
• Creating or operating more than one xxhp account.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account without their explicit authorisation.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any other activity designed to use xxhp to process proceeds of illegal activity.
• Colluding with other players, whether in live games, sports betting, or any other game format, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any other non-human automated means to interact with xxhp.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in xxhp's software for financial gain or disruption.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to arbitrage betting, matched betting using bonus funds, or systematic exploitation of promotion structures.
• Accessing xxhp from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing xxhp staff, contractors, or other players through any communication channel.

xxhp is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The Platform offers the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits can be set by any player from within the Account Settings panel. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Once a loss limit is reached, further wagering is suspended for the applicable period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure automatic reminders that notify them of elapsed session time at set intervals.
• Cool-Off Period: A temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks, activated immediately upon request.
• Self-Exclusion: A formal self-exclusion can be activated for periods of 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, or permanently. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the elected period.

xxhp strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement in compliance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law. Underage gambling is illegal. Players who believe they may be experiencing problem gambling are encouraged to visit the Responsible Gaming page for resources and support tools.

xxhp reserves the right to apply responsible gaming restrictions to any account where the Platform reasonably determines that a player may be experiencing harm from gambling, without requiring the player's prior consent.

All content on the xxhp Platform — including but not limited to the xxhp brand name, logo, game interfaces, software, graphics, text, and audio-visual elements — is the exclusive property of xxhp or its licensed third-party providers and is protected under applicable Philippine intellectual property law and international copyright conventions.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the xxhp Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any xxhp content without prior written authorisation from xxhp.
• Game content sourced from third-party providers — including PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, Jili Games, and WM Live — remains the intellectual property of the respective provider and is subject to their own licensing terms.

xxhp collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 — the Data Privacy Act of 2012 — and under the oversight of the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines. The full details of how xxhp handles your personal data are set out in the xxhp Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

Key data processing principles applied by xxhp include: data minimisation (only data necessary for platform operation and compliance is collected), purpose limitation (data is used only for the purposes stated in the Privacy Policy), storage limitation (data is retained only for as long as necessary or legally required), and integrity and confidentiality (all personal data is protected using industry-standard encryption and access controls).

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law:

• xxhp provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. xxhp makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for any particular purpose.
• xxhp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, service interruption, or force majeure events.
• xxhp's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit xxhp's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Philippine law.

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time. The following terms apply to termination:

• Player-Initiated Closure: You may request account closure at any time by contacting xxhp support. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been met.
• xxhp-Initiated Closure: xxhp reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — cases involving breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, suspected money laundering, regulatory directive, or PAGCOR instruction.
• Funds on Closure for Breach: Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms — including prohibited conduct under Section 9 — xxhp reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation. Funds that are determined to be proceeds of prohibited activity may be forfeited.
• Sections 9 (Prohibited Conduct), 11 (Intellectual Property), 12 (Privacy & Data), 13 (Limitation of Liability), and 15 (Governing Law) of these Terms survive any termination of the account relationship.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through xxhp's internal support process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Players who are not satisfied with the outcome of xxhp's internal dispute resolution process may escalate their complaint to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution channel in accordance with PAGCOR's applicable procedures.

xxhp's internal dispute resolution process: submit your complaint in writing to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Dispute – [your account reference]". xxhp will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days.

xxhp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, xxhp will provide notice through one or more of the following channels: in-platform notification, email to your registered address, or a notice on the xxhp website.

Your continued use of the xxhp Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 14 of these Terms.

The effective date displayed at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision. Prior versions of these Terms are available on request from xxhp support.
